Day 1: Pick Up at KIA
Picked up at the airport and continue to Ambureni coffee lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Arusha Bational Park
After breakfast drive to Arusha national park for a morning game drive with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon you will do 2 hours of forest hiking on the base of Mount Meru to Tululusia waterfall, guided by an armed ranger. This park is located on the slopes of the second-highest mountain in Tanzania, Mount Meru. Apart from the amazing view of this mountain from the park, it is also the best place to view the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro. This park has giraffes, buffalos, warthogs, bushbucks, waterbucks, blue monkeys, the rare black and white colobus monkey, and many more. In the late afternoon return to Ambureni coffee lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Lake Manyara national park
After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Manyara national park for a nature walk in the periphery of the lake accompanied by an armed guide/ranger. You will then continue to Lake Manyara national park for a game drive with a picnic lunch. In this small but very beautiful park with the dense forest, you will have the opportunity to see lots of monkeys, giraffes, elephants, impalas, dik-dik, flamingos in the lake, and if you are lucky you may spot the rare tree-climbing lions. In the late afternoon, you will continue to Eileen’s trees inn for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Serengeti
After breakfast drive to Serengeti national park for a game drive with a picnic lunch. Serengeti is the park with the largest concentration of big mammals in the world. Here you will see the most wildlife and this will probably be the highlight of your entire safari. Animals I Serengeti include pride of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, impalas, giraffes, hippos, warthogs, lots of birds, and many more. In the late afternoon, you will continue to Serengeti bush camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Serengeti
Morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti national park with early departures, trying to look for active cats/hunting predators. All meals and overnight at Serengeti bush camp.
Day 6: Ngorongoro
After breakfast departs for a morning game drive in Serengeti national park with a picnic lunch, then continue to Eileen Trees Inn for dinner and overnight. On the way, you will stop for a tour in a traditional Maasai village to learn the Maasai culture and take some pictures.
Day 7: Ngorongoro
After breakfast depart for a full day game drive in the crater with a picnic lunch. This is the best place to see the endangered black rhino (less than 1000 black rhinos are left in the wild in the world). The crater has also many other animals like zebras, wildebeests, hippos, gazelles, hyenas, and many more. In the late afternoon return to Eileen Trees Inn for dinner and overnight
